Crystal Wafer and Substrate

We supply a variety of single crystal wafers and substrates in different specifications. Wafer products mainly include: optical grade LiNbO3, LiTaO3, MgO:LiNbO3 wafers and SAW grade LiNbO3, LiTaO3, Quartz wafers, Free-pyro Black LN/LT wafers are also available. Substrate products mainly include: MgAl2O4 (Spinel), MgO, SrTiO3, LaAlO3, Al2O3 (Sapphire), GGG etc.

In addition, we can grow various of crystal boules according to different needs of customers: LiNbO3 boule, LiTaO3 boule, TeO2 boule, MgO:LiNbO3 boule, Fe:LiNbO3 boule, Tm:LiNbO3 boule, Pr:LiNbO3 boule, Er:LiNbO3 boule and MgO:LiTaO3 boule etc. Blanks and customized optics are also available upon request.
